Pebble Painting classes, Jam Sessions, Sweat & Swim, and even Salsa were some of the activities that happened during the second week of September, in Ponta do Sol. An example of this was the Bliss Yoga Retreat.
A retreat that happened on a magical day, surrounded by nature, gentle practices, whilst sharing smiles and energy at the Estalagem da Ponta do Sol.
The organizers of this event were Yamuna and Lindsay Barrett, who are both yoga teachers with years of experience. The yoga retreat begun with a yoga session with Yamuna, followed by a delicious homemade smoothie made by Lindsay, who also has a food blog called Ohquelinda.
