Are you dreaming of coming to Madeira Island to:
- immerse yourself in nature
- enjoy the incredible coastline
- watch dolphins play in the water as the sun sets over the Atlantic ocean
- mingle with the digital nomads & local community?
Meet these two entrepreneurs that visited Madeira in February 2022, and created this experience for you.
On this trip (February, 8th – 19th, 2023), you will be traveling with us — Dominik & Josefine — the travel couple behind Trail to Adventures. Dom is Canadian and Jo is Danish and for the past 7 years, we have been traveling full time, living in over 5 countries, and traveling to 4 different continents.
We are so excited to share and explore the hiking rich island of Madeira with you. This 12-Day hiking group trip takes you along some of the most beautiful trails around the island including the iconic Levada 25 Fontes and hiking from peak to peak between Pico Ruivo and Pico Arieiro.
Join us and up to 11 other adventure lovers where we will hike, hang out, and explore different regions of Madeira. With 6 hikes, 1 wine tasting, and 1 dolphin tour we really want to show you the highlights of Madeira
We first went to Madeira in February 2022 and fell completely in love with the island. We did some incredible tours and hikes, connected with locals, and had the most amazing time.
Before we even left the island, we knew we were going to come back and that we just had to share the beauty of Madeira with others – because beauty like this has to be shared. That’s how Trail to Adventures was born.
For the entire duration of this trip, we will be with you as your guides, friends, and photographers to make sure you have the best possible trip. But we won’t be your only guides!
For the hiking, we have hired a family-owned tour company to take us on the most beautiful trails and teach us about the island, the flora & fauna, and show us the best of the best! This tour company is the one we used when we were in Madeira and we know how incredible they are.
We have also hired a local guide to help us organize everything and to ensure we support local businesses along the way. Last but not least, we’ve hired a local chef to guide our taste buds in the right direction
